Returns Policy
Change of Mind
We want you to love your Marvello piece. If for any reason you change your mind, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- A $15 administration fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
- Items must be returned in original, resealable condition, including packaging.
- Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.
- You must contact us at help@marvelloleather.com before sending your return. Returns sent without prior contact will not be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 days. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Each Marvello piece is photographed and catalogued before dispatch as part of our quality control process. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@marvelloleather.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your claim promptly and, if approved, arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
For faulty or damaged products, no administration fee or return postage costs will apply.
Exclusions
Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised or customised products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
